The Mastermind Behind The Idea

Hi, I’m Joe Quinn, the founder of animal-names.com. I was born and raised in Arizona, where I grew up surrounded by incredible wildlife. My love for animals started early and only grew stronger over time.

I have a Master’s degree in Zoology, with a focus on animal behavior and conservation. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to study animals in their natural habitats, from the deserts of Arizona to tropical rainforests. Animals fascinate me, and I believe they all have unique stories worth sharing.

That’s why I created animal-names.com. It’s a place where I combine my passion for animals with my love for naming things, in a fun and unique way.

When I’m not working on the site, you’ll probably find me hiking, birdwatching, or spending time with my rescue pets. I also volunteer at animal shelters and support conservation projects.
